Proposal for houses VT

Dear Sir/madam,
I, David Neale, am providing a chance to buy my VT, as part of a news production by Killjoy productions.

This VT will be called "Castle Point Houses." This is targeted to middle aged men within the local area. This due to that middle aged men are into building and current affairs more than other genders and age groups.

This VT will last 2-3 minutes long. It will start with a reporter at the scene, Then the reporter will say about whats going on and then there will be an interview.To help this project will be 1-2 of my colleagues to hold cameras/microphones. This is going to be part of South East News but can be separated for something else if necessary.

For graphics it will depend on time. If there is enough time I will create a graphic for the intro, name card and outro. As for music it will be only background music.
